Terms of Sale

• We regret that vouchers are not available on a sale or return basis and cannot be exchanged for cash in whole or in part for travellers cheques.
• If the order delivered is incorrect, the client must notift The Fleece Hotel within three working days of receipt.
• Non-delivery or suspected non-delivery must be notified as soon as possible.
• We are unable to accept responsibility for vouchers lost or stolen.
• Vouchers may be transferred from one person to another without restriction, but we must be notified of this.
